I want to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedules to visit our business.

For over ten years, I have done different things along the way to make cleaning services inexpensive for the client but rewarding for the cleaner. Our organisational model is based on decentralising responsibility & authority, facilitating team-building and quantifying thereof. Thus allowing us to offer inexpensive cleaning solutions for those businesses that require an inexpensive no fuss solution. Along the way, we developed an innovative employee incentive package that would attract and help keep good employees. Paladin also realized that to compete in the years to come, we needed a computer software program that would address the day-to-day challenges that all cleaning services face. Thus, we developed a proprietary program that would address every management and operational function of the business.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to view what people like and dislike about the services we offer and along the way I’ve implemented some of these ideas.
